πŸ“Œ Conduct morning/evening ward rounds with Nurses & Nutrition Assistants
πŸ“Œ Supervise daily clinical management and ensure quality care
πŸ“Œ Liaise with SC Nurses and Nutrition Assistants for patient follow-up
πŸ“Œ Take blood samples and respond to emergency calls
πŸ“Œ Administer IV medications and perform emergency procedures
πŸ“Œ Monitor medicine usage, drug storage, and SC supply levels
πŸ“Œ Mentor and train nurses and support staff on the job
πŸ“Œ Participate in M&E tool development and program evaluation
πŸ“Œ Collaborate with MoH, WHO, and other stakeholders
πŸ“Œ Ensure timely data collection and reporting
πŸ“Œ Supervise Care Group Supervisors and outreach teams
πŸ“Œ Maintain respectful care for beneficiaries and caregivers
πŸ“Œ Support logistics, timesheet management, and stock oversight
πŸ“Œ Attend regular team meetings and update the Nutrition Manager


🧠 Required Skills

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to work well under pressure and in team settings
✅ Strong problem-solving and analytical ability
✅ Experience working in insecure or humanitarian settings
✅ Proficiency in English and Hausa (spoken and written)
✅ Good computer and report-writing skills
✅ Knowledge of donor procedures is a plus

πŸ“Œ Degree: Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized university
πŸ“Œ License: Valid practicing license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN)
πŸ“Œ Experience: Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience
πŸ“Œ Added Advantage: Experience in nutrition intervention programs
