📝 Role: Case Management Associate

As a Case Management Associate, you will play a vital role in improving healthcare service delivery by:

📊 Analyzing claims and billing data
🔎 Identifying fraud, waste, and abuse cases
📞 Managing emergency case escalations
⚰️ Conducting mortality investigations
📋 Coordinating general case management and care
💡 Overseeing ICU admissions and at-risk enrollee monitoring

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Analyze claims data and spot potential fraud/waste
• 📈 Use data analytics to find trends and anomalies
• 🤝 Collaborate with doctors, forensic experts & internal teams
• ✅ Ensure compliance with laws and healthcare policies
• 🚨 Handle emergency case escalation & mortality reviews
• 🏥 Monitor ICU admissions and track high-risk cases

✅ Requirements

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Nursing, or a related field
• 🧠 Strong knowledge of healthcare operations & fraud prevention
• 🕵️‍♂️ Experience in fraud, waste, and abuse investigations (preferred)
• 🚨 Understanding of emergency management protocols
• ⚖️ Familiarity with mortality review processes
• 📚 Awareness of regulatory and legal frameworks in healthcare
• 🏅 Certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner or Certified Case Manager are a plus
