🎯 Position Overview: Associate Director, Pharmacy
Join Reliance Health as they build and scale Relarex, their innovative pharmacy benefits management program. This is your chance to lead supply chain operations, optimize digital prescription fulfillment, and define sustainable pharmacy business models.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🚀 Lead & Scale: Develop strategies to establish and grow Relarex into a self-sustaining, high-performing business unit.
- 📊 Data-Driven Management: Implement systems to monitor supply chain, fulfillment, financials, and service delivery metrics.
- 🤝 Strategic Sourcing: Build strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers for high-quality, cost-effective sourcing.
- 🚚 Distribution Oversight: Oversee inventory management, logistics, and cold-chain integrity.
- 👥 Team Leadership: Develop and empower a high-performing, multidisciplinary team.
- 🔍 Operational Insights: Analyze data to uncover inefficiencies and create solutions that enhance performance.
- 💰 Revenue Growth: Drive pricing strategies, margin improvement, and revenue stream expansion.
- ✅ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with pharmaceutical standards and internal protocols.
- 🔄 Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with tech, clinical, finance, and customer support teams to improve digital pharmacy services.
📌 Requirements
- 🎓 Must be a licensed pharmacist registered in Nigeria.
- 💡 Experience in digital pharmacy or pharmacy tech environments.
- 🧠 Leadership in growth-stage startups or senior roles in digital pharmacy chains.
- 🔗 Strong ability to manage and scale cross-functional teams.
- 📦 Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical logistics—inventory, warehousing, cold-chain, delivery.
- 🏪 Experience managing multi-location pharmacy networks.
- 📈 Solid grasp of business models, pricing, and cost optimization.
- 💳 Knowledge of health insurance or pharmacy benefit management is a plus.
- 🗣️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
