🎯 Key Responsibilities

📌 Recruit, train, and manage logistics staff
📌 Oversee day-to-day logistics operations at base level
📌 Manage equipment, fleet, facilities, and IT assets
📌 Support safety and security management with the Field Coordinator
📌 Coordinate procurement processes and validate procurement documentation
📌 Supervise supplier identification and vendor database management
📌 Monitor deliveries and update supply and equipment inventories
📌 Archive logistics documents and ensure records are up to date
📌 Ensure compliance with internal and donor logistics procedures
📌 Deliver logistics training for staff capacity building
📌 Represent PUI in internal/external coordination and technical meetings
📌 Serve as base security focal point in Field Coordinator’s absence
