Role’s Summary: To supervise and coordinate nursing teams during vaccination campaigns, ensuring quality care and adherence to MSF protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing teams during vaccination campaigns
- Ensure adherence to vaccination protocols, safety standards, and infection control measures
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback
- Ensure accurate data collection and reporting
- Participate in daily data analysis and campaign evaluation
- Collaborate with Health Promotion and Community Engagement teams
- Ensure community engagement and awareness of vaccination importance
- Plan, organize, and evaluate nursing activities and team associated
- Implement MSF protocols and hygiene procedures
- Organize and coordinate administrative tasks, including reporting and documentation
- Participate in campaign coordination meetings and present results
- Participate in drawing up and analyzing the daily summary table
- Organize and supervise the inventory and storage of medical supplies
- Participate in the final campaign evaluation and writing the final report
- Ensure mechanisms are respected for reporting adverse effects and needle-stick injuries
- Ensure vaccination teams have a respectful and welcoming attitude during vaccination activities
- Maintain good communication with the nursing activity manager to update on progress, challenges, and achievements

* Bachelor degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing Program
