Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Holland is hiring a Mental Health Supervisor to oversee mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) services in Sokoto. The role involves managing daily activities, supporting counselors, and coordinating with partners.

Responsibilities

Supervise mental health activities, ensuring quality service delivery.

Provide technical support and guidance to counselors.

Organize training and capacity-building programs.

Maintain patient confidentiality and ethical standards.

Collaborate with partners for service integration.

Document activities and participate in case discussions.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.

Experience: 2-4 years in psychosocial counseling, with at least one year under supervision.

Language: Fluency in English and Hausa (spoken & written).

Skills: Basic Microsoft Office proficiency, leadership, teamwork, problem-solving.
