Job Description

The In-House Settlement Officer will be responsible for:

✅Settlement Processing: Managing Etranzact settlement data, customs duty payments, and biller settlements.

✅Card Transactions: Processing and dispatching pin mailers, handling card transfers and closure requests.

✅Reconciliations: Conducting quarterly customs duty reconciliations and compiling monthly reports.

✅Transaction Resolution: Addressing failed transactions and responding to customer inquiries.

✅Compliance & Documentation: Ensuring security policies are followed and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

✅Process settlements and reconciliations.

✅Handle card transactions and resolve failed transactions.

✅Engage with billers and process customer requests.

Requirements

✅Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

✅Minimum of 5 years of banking experience.

✅Strong understanding of settlement processes and banking operations.
