Join the Smiles for Mothers program, dedicated to enhancing maternal health outcomes through the implementation of a comprehensive Postpartum Hemorrhage (PPH) bundle and other maternal health innovations. As a Field Implementation Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in program monitoring, evaluation, capacity building, and service delivery at health facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and report service delivery data and maternal health commodity availability.

- Support ANC and delivery services, mentoring facility staff to improve care.

- Conduct supportive supervision and ensure accurate data reporting.

- Engage with stakeholders to strengthen program implementation.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools, project management software, ODK, RedCap, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery (Master's degree is an added advantage).

- Minimum of two years of experience in health workforce development.

- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

- Ability to engage with facility staff and stakeholders effectively.

- Preference for candidates residing in: Delta, Lagos, Ebonyi, Plateau, Kano, Katsina, and Niger state.
