Ipsos, a globally recognized market research company, is hiring Impact Monitoring Officers (IMOs) across Nigeria.
This is a 1-year renewable contract under the Africa Centre for Development Research and Evaluation department.

Job Title: Impact Monitoring Officer (IMO)
Location: All States (Nigeria)
Job Type: 1-Year Contract (Renewable)
Department: Africa Centre for Development Research and Evaluation
Key Responsibilities
Conducting initial and follow-up interviews with youth-in-work and enterprises according to the sampling plan.
Ensuring a rigorous and ethical consenting process for participants.
Maintaining data quality assurance protocols for accuracy and reliability.
Managing and uploading collected data into CommCare or other specified systems.
Supporting longitudinal data collection efforts, ensuring participant retention.
Keeping an up-to-date database and handling participant withdrawals professionally.
Assisting in preparing periodic field reports and coordinating data collection activities.
Target Candidate Profile
Youth below 32 years old, with a 70% female recruitment target.

Technical Skills
Experience with digital data collection tools (e.g., ODK, SurveyCTO, CommCare) is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using laptops, tablets, and GPS recording.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Specialized training or experience in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) or Impact Assessment is an advantage.
1-2 years of experience in data collection for evaluations or research, including M&E.
Fieldwork experience in both rural and urban settings.
Fluency in the national language and local dialect for respective regions.

Remuneration
Salary: ₦750,000 Net/Month
Transport Allowance: ₦300,000 Net/Month
