Vivo Nigeria (Bhai Zheng Devices) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Officer to manage financial transactions, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

✅Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

✅Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

✅Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

✅Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

✅Provide financial guidance and support to management and other departments.

✅Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

✅Bachelor's degree (BSc/HND) in Accounting or a related field.

✅Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.

✅Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, ICAN) is an added advantage.

✅Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

✅Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

✅Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office.
