🧪 Job Role: Pharmacy Technician

As a Pharmacy Technician at RFC Akowonjo Clinic, you’ll support patients and the pharmacy team by:

✅ Key Responsibilities

📌 Provide friendly and attentive customer service – handle inquiries and escalations.
📌 Manage prescription orders – data entry, updates, and tracking.
📌 Maintain adequate medication stock – monitor, restock, and alert for low inventory.
📌 Offer administrative support – file records, organize correspondence.
📌 Coordinate with suppliers and vendors – place orders, track deliveries, resolve issues.
📌 Collaborate with pharmacists, doctors, nurses, and customer service to ensure smooth clinic operations.

📚 Requirements

🎓 Certificate as a Pharmacy Technician (Compulsory)
📋 Board of Pharmacy Registration and Valid Practicing License
🧑‍🔬 Minimum 1 year experience as a Pharmacy Technician
💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software
💊 Good knowledge of dispensing common medications
🗣️ Excellent communication and patient counselling skills (multi-language is a plus)
📦 Strong inventory and supply management skills
🧠 Ability to explain medical terms in simple language
