Job Overview:
Malaria Consortium is conducting research to develop and implement a hybrid model for malaria vaccine delivery in highly seasonal transmission settings in Nigeria. The role of Interviewer/Facilitator will contribute to the qualitative survey and research activities for assessing the feasibility, acceptability, and effectiveness of this model.
Key Responsibilities:
πΉ Conduct Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) in Kebbi state
πΉ Recruit participants for FGDs and ensure data is accurately recorded
πΉ Ensure respondent privacy and build a safe space for interviews
πΉ Compile and transcribe data, providing daily reports to the Research Team lead
πΉ Assist with data analysis and feedback during the study period
Qualifications:
Essential:
π Educational Requirement: OND / HND / B.Sc in a relevant academic field
π Experience: Minimum of 2 years in collecting data for qualitative studies
π Skills:
- Computer literacy
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Hausa and English (written and verbal)
Desired:
π Resident in Kebbi State
π Experience in participatory methodology
π Motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
