🔍 Job Title: Nursing Activity Manager
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
🗂️ Plan and organize all nursing-related activities (IPD, OPD, maternity, nutrition, etc.)
📅 Create schedules, duty rosters, and manage staff shifts
📋 Supervise implementation of protocols (PPTCT, PEP, VCT, SGBV, MH, etc.)
🍼 Oversee nutritional activities (ATFC, ICCM, MUAC screening, vaccination)
💊 Collaborate with pharmacy team for drug distribution and stock management
⚙️ Supervise proper use and maintenance of medical devices
🧪 Ensure correct sample collection and lab coordination
🧑⚕️ Participate in recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing staff
📝 Ensure proper documentation (patient cards, discharge papers, registers)
🔄 Report relevant updates to the line manager and contribute to monthly reports
🤝 Work with MOH and community volunteers to boost project impact
🚑 Organize timely patient referrals in collaboration with logistics team
✅ Minimum Requirements:
🎓 Education: Diploma or BSc in Nursing (Tropical Medicine is a plus)
🧰 Experience: At least 2 years in nursing roles (NGO experience preferred)
🗣️ Language: English (Hausa is an advantage)
💻 Skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
