📝 Job Description
📍 Area 1: Facility-Based Implementation (IntegratE Project 2.0)
- Coordinate the rollout and tiered accreditation for PPMVs.
- Facilitate facility baseline assessments and site selection.
- Develop project implementation plans with SMOH, PCN, ACPN, NAPPMED, and partners.
- Build provider capacity through Training of Trainers (TOT) and mentorship.
- Ensure strong linkages between community interventions and service delivery points.
- Monitor commodity supply for Family Planning and related services.
- Maintain strong relationships with facility owners.
📍 Area 2: Community Advocacy and Mobilization
- Advocate to community leaders and the State MOH for project visibility and support.
- Equip and deploy trained IPCAs for community mobilization.
- Supervise and mentor IPCAs to reach monthly targets.
- Conduct quarterly review meetings with IPCAs.
- Organize innovative mobilization activities to involve men in Family Planning discussions.
📍 Area 3: Staff Capacity Building
- Organize competency-based training and refresher courses.
- Conduct capacity assessments for PCN, ACPN, APMEV.
- Lead SFH’s provider training efforts based on approved manuals.
- Support consortium partners in training activities.
- Provide Supervisory Support Visits (SSVs) and on-the-job coaching.
📍 Area 4: Research and Monitoring
- Conduct routine monitoring and supervision.
- Support research activities at the state state level.
- Contribute to developing community-driven communication materials.
- Maintain databases for community mobilization and FP services.
- Ensure deployment of IEC materials in communities.

📍 Area 5: Documentation and Administration
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Develop and share human-interest/success stories from project sites.
- Retire all financial advances and ensure compliance with SFH policies.
Other tasks as assigned by the National Project Director or SFH Management.
🎯 Requirements
📚 Academic/Professional Qualifications
- Degree in Nursing/Midwifery, Pharmacy, or Biological Sciences.
- Postgraduate degree in Public Health or Social Work (an advantage).
💼 Working Experience
- Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in program management.
- Experience with Family Planning, Maternal, and Child Health Programs, especially within the private health sector.
