Job Summary
📦 Position: Warehouse Supervisor
📍 Duty Station: Abuja
⏳ Contract Duration: Initial 6 months, renewable
📅 Application Deadline: 1st May 2025, 5:00 PM
Main Purpose
📌 Plan and supervise Warehouse and Stock Management activities in line with MSF protocols and standards to ensure efficient and effective mission logistics support.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Oversee day-to-day warehouse and stock management operations.
✅ Physically and administratively manage logistics stocks with the Supply Officer.
✅ Prevent stock ruptures, losses, and overstocking through effective tools and procedures.
✅ Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain up-to-date records.
✅ Ensure all goods are well organized, secured, and accessible.
✅ Supervise the warehouse team, set tasks, and monitor work quality.
✅ Work closely with HR on staff recruitment, training, evaluation, and communication.
✅ Carry out additional delegated duties as required.
Requirements
Education
🎓 Minimum: Secondary education
🎓 Preferred: Studies in warehouse/logistics management
Experience
🧰 Prior experience as a Warehouse Manager or in MSF Logistics
🖥️ Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage
Languages
🗣️ English: Mandatory
🗣️ Local language: Advantageous
Skills & Knowledge
✍️ Basic math & measuring tools
💻 Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel)
