Eligibility Criteria by Role:

• Professor: PhD + 10 years teaching/research + publications
• Assoc. Prof: PhD + 8 years
• Senior Lecturer: PhD + 5 years
• Lecturer I & II: PhD (Lecturer I needs 2 years post-PhD experience)
• Asst. Lecturer: Master’s + strong academic background
