Position Overview: Learning & Development Specialist

The Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist supports MSF's operations by:

  • Managing the development, implementation, and monitoring of L&D activities in the project.
  • Supporting staff and management with L&D tools and strategic planning.
  • Ensuring staff capability and performance align with operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

📌 Define and implement L&D procedures and tools.
📌 Manage L&D activities in collaboration with field managers and supervisors.
📌 Conduct learning needs assessments and feasibility studies.
📌 Support induction, training plans, performance evaluations, and recruitment.
📌 Maintain accurate documentation of training programs.
📌 Provide technical support and advice on L&D implementation.
📌 May travel (Flying role) to support other project sites.


Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s degree in a related field
✅ 0–2 years of relevant work experience
✅ Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
✅ Ability to assess needs and propose effective learning solutions
