🛠 Job Responsibilities:

📌 Area 1: Facility-based Project Implementation

✅ Lead implementation of IntegratE 2.0 Project at facility level.
✅ Coordinate site baseline assessments and selection.
✅ Collaborate with SMOH, PCN, ACPN, NAPPMED, LSMDA, and consortium partners.
✅ Train and mentor providers in family planning and other services.
✅ Monitor supply of commodities at service delivery points.

📌 Area 2: Community Engagement and Advocacy

✅ Conduct advocacy with community leaders and state stakeholders.
✅ Recruit, train, and supervise IPCAs (community mobilizers).
✅ Monitor IPC activities and organize quarterly reviews.
✅ Drive male involvement in family planning through community activities.

📌 Area 3: Capacity Building

✅ Organize training and refresher courses for providers.
✅ Conduct capacity assessments for professional bodies.
✅ Support continuous professional development.

📌 Area 4: Evidence-based Project Support

✅ Conduct supervisory and monitoring visits.
✅ Participate in community research and data gathering.
✅ Develop and deploy educational materials (IEC).

📌 Area 5: Documentation and Administration

✅ Submit timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
✅ Document success stories from project sites.
✅ Ensure financial compliance and accountability.

🎯 Requirements:

🎓 Academic Qualifications:

A degree in Nursing, Midwifery, Pharmacy, or related Medical Sciences.
Postgraduate degree in Public Health or Social Work (an added advantage).

🧰 Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years post-qualification experience.
Expertise in program management, training, and Family Planning/Maternal & Child Health programs.
Experience working within the private health sector preferred.
