They are seeking a Nursing Activity Manager to manage nursing activities and ensure high-quality healthcare is delivered according to MSF protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Nursing Care Management:

• Organize and implement all nursing activities, including ICU, NBU, VVF, OT, IPC, Mental Health, and Physiotherapy.
• Supervise and ensure proper functioning of the departments under your responsibility.
• Develop and maintain nursing protocols and ensure adherence to MSF standards.

📌 Staff Management & Training:

• Lead and mentor the nursing team, ensuring recruitment, training, and continuous staff development.
• Manage rosters, shifts, and ensure adequate staffing levels.

📌 Quality Assurance:

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and infection control within the hospital.
• Regularly audit nursing and hygiene practices.

📌 Coordination & Reporting:

• Collaborate with logistics and administration teams to ensure resource availability and proper functioning.
• Report on nursing activities, data collection, and performance to the Medical Coordinator.

Requirements:

Education:

• Essential nursing diploma (General or Specialized Health Services). Tropical medicine training is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years working in nursing-related roles.
• At least 1 year as a supervisor in an MSF project.

Skills:

• Proficiency in computer usage.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Languages:

• Mission language (English/Local language desirable).

Remuneration:

• Competitive salary according to MSF salary scale, with a 13th-month allowance equivalent to one month of gross salary.
