🎯 Job Summary
As an Assistant Field Manager, you will support the New Incentives program in delivering cash disbursements at public clinics to increase infant immunization coverage.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- ✅ Assist Field Managers during cash disbursement days at clinics
- ✅ Supervise Field Officers and ensure clinic-level operations run smoothly
- ✅ Track and report immunization progress
- ✅ Coordinate with local health workers and stakeholders
- ✅ Ensure high-quality program delivery and data accuracy
🎓 Qualifications
- 🎓 Minimum of ND, preferably in health or natural sciences
- 🗣️ Fluent in Hausa and other local dialects
- 📍 Willing to work in remote public clinics at least 4 days per week
- 📋 Familiarity with clinic documentation and infant health programs
- 💻 Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel, smartphones, and modern tools
- 💬 Good verbal and written communication in English and Hausa
- ❤️ Passion for public health and reducing infant mortality
⚠️ Other Requirements
- Must reside or have accommodation in one of the operational towns or LGAs
- Attention to detail and ability to manage funds responsibly
- Leadership qualities and a strong sense of responsibility
