🎯 Job Summary

As an Assistant Field Manager, you will support the New Incentives program in delivering cash disbursements at public clinics to increase infant immunization coverage.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Assist Field Managers during cash disbursement days at clinics
• ✅ Supervise Field Officers and ensure clinic-level operations run smoothly
• ✅ Track and report immunization progress
• ✅ Coordinate with local health workers and stakeholders
• ✅ Ensure high-quality program delivery and data accuracy

🎓 Qualifications

• 🎓 Minimum of ND, preferably in health or natural sciences
• 🗣️ Fluent in Hausa and other local dialects
• 📍 Willing to work in remote public clinics at least 4 days per week
• 📋 Familiarity with clinic documentation and infant health programs
• 💻 Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel, smartphones, and modern tools
• 💬 Good verbal and written communication in English and Hausa
• ❤️ Passion for public health and reducing infant mortality
