📝 Role Summary
New Incentives is hiring Assistant Field Managers to support its Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) program, which aims to encourage mothers to complete their children's immunization schedules by providing financial incentives. The role involves assisting Field Managers with smooth clinic operations and ensuring program success at grassroots levels.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
✅ Ensure high-quality program operations in selected public clinics
✅ Provide leadership and mentoring to selected staff
✅ Support efforts to increase immunization coverage and retention
✅ Foster relationships with clinic staff and community stakeholders
✅ Supervise Field Officers in multiple locations
🛠️ Skills and Competencies
- 🗣️ Fluency in Hausa and other local dialects
- ✉️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 🧑💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general ICT tools
- 🔎 Detail-oriented, responsive, and diligent
- ❤️ Passionate about reducing infant mortality
- ⚡ Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
🎓 Qualifications
- 🎓 Minimum of National Diploma, preferably in health-related or natural sciences
- 🏥 Experience working within the Nigerian health system is desirable
