📝 Role Summary
New Incentives is seeking Field Officers to support its Conditional Cash Transfer program. This program encourages mothers to complete their babies' routine immunization schedules by offering financial incentives. Field Officers will enroll beneficiaries at public health clinics across Bauchi State.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- ✅ Enroll beneficiaries at designated public clinics
- ✅ Monitor immunization services and ensure program effectiveness
- ✅ Interact and collaborate with clinic staff and caregivers
- ✅ Conduct rapid assessments and field data collection
- ✅ Maintain clear and accurate records
- ✅ Identify and resolve program-related issues
- ✅ Provide support to both clinic staff and program beneficiaries
- ✅ Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve program goals
🛠️ Required Skills
- 🗣️ Fluency in Hausa and other local dialects spoken in Bauchi
- ✍️ Good communication skills in English and Hausa
- 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ICT tools
- 🔍 Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
- ❤️ Passion for helping others and reducing infant mortality
- 📞 Responsiveness to phone calls and emails

🎓 Educational Requirements
- 🎓 Minimum: National Diploma (ND)
- 🎓 Preferred: Bachelor's degree in health or natural sciences
- 🏥 Experience with the Nigerian health system is an advantage
