📋 Role Summary
New Incentives is hiring Field Officers to support its Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) program in Kebbi State. The program encourages mothers to complete infant immunization schedules. Field Officers will be responsible for beneficiary enrollment and clinic monitoring.
🛠️ Responsibilities
- 🏥 Enroll beneficiaries at remote public clinics
- 📊 Monitor immunization activities and services
- 🤝 Engage with clinic staff and beneficiaries
- 📋 Conduct rapid assessments and surveys
- 🗃️ Maintain accurate health data and records
- ✍️ Submit timely reports and documentation
- 👥 Collaborate with team members to achieve program goals
🧠 Skills & Competencies
- 🗣️ Fluency in Hausa and local dialects
- 📝 Strong communication in English & Hausa
- 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel and mobile tools
- ✅ Detail-oriented and diligent
- ❤️ Passionate about reducing infant mortality
- 📞 Highly responsive to calls, emails, and messages
- ⚡ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced field environment
🎓 Educational & Professional Requirements
- ✅ Minimum of SSCE
- 🎓 Diploma in health or natural sciences (advantage)
- 🏥 Prior experience with the Nigerian health system (desirable)
- 📈 Experience in data collection and analysis (an asset)
