Job Summary:

The Technical Officer – Health & Nutrition Services will provide high-level technical and programmatic support for nutritional and integrated medical services at the facility level in Banki, Borno State.

---

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Provide day-to-day support for nutrition and medical services
📌 Develop work plans and contribute to program strategies
📌 Sensitize stakeholders on CMAM and support for child health
📌 Train and mentor Community Health Workers (CHWs)
📌 Support CMAM and IYCF capacity building and trainings
📌 Coordinate with Nutrition Cluster and other relevant sectors
📌 Represent FHI 360 in meetings, donor visits, and assessments
📌 Track program progress and contribute to M&E framework

Required Skills:

✔️ Strong knowledge of health and nutrition in humanitarian settings
✔️ Clinical management and training experience
✔️ Ability to handle integrated program issues and work with diverse teams
✔️ Cultural sensitivity and community engagement skills
✔️ Excellent communication skills in English and Hausa

---

Qualifications:

🎓 MBBS, MD, or MPH with 3–5 years of experience
🎓 OR BSc Nursing/Health or related field with 5–7 years of experience
✅ Experience with Nigerian public health systems, NGOs, and CBOs is a strong plus
