🛡️ Main Purpose of the Role:
To ensure the safety and security of MSF staff, visitors, and property by conducting surveillance and guarding duties in accordance with MSF security protocols.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• 🔐 Monitor access to premises and guide visitors to reception
• 🚶 Patrol MSF property and perimeter regularly
• 🚗 Manage vehicle traffic in and out of the compound
• 🚪 Ensure all doors and windows are secured after working hours
• 💡 Turn on/off security lights (ON at 7:00 PM, OFF at 7:00 AM)
• ⛽ Supervise fuel storage and check generator oil/coolant before operation
• ⚙️ Operate generator and water pumps, and maintain accurate records
• 🧹 Keep surroundings clean and well maintained (lawns, flowers, paths)
• 📒 Record IN/OUT entries of visitors and vehicles
• 🧽 Clean assigned areas: generator room, toilet, security room, etc.
• 🔦 Maintain and return guard equipment (torchlights, batteries, etc.)
• 📦 Assist in carrying heavy items, and report any new material arrivals
• 📝 Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisor

🎓 Job Requirements

• 📘 Education: Basic education required; literacy desirable
• 🔧 Experience: Previous experience as a security guard is an advantage
• 🗣️ Language: English (oral and written) and local language required
• 💻 Computer Skills: Basic (Word, Excel, Internet) desirable
