🛒 Job Purpose
Support effective daily purchasing and market assessment in line with MSF supply protocols — ensuring quality, cost-effective procurement for project needs.
🧰 Key Responsibilities
- 🔍 Analyze local markets, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.
- 🧾 Collect quotations (min. 3) with full supplier info.
- ✅ Verify goods received and update records.
- 🧮 Support admin tasks: POs, receipts, supplier database.
- 🏪 Deliver purchased items to storekeeper with proper checks.
- ⚖️ Ensure procurement transparency and fairness.
- 📈 Monitor inventory levels and supply trends.
- 🛡️ Screen suppliers for compliance and ethics.
📚 Requirements
- 🎓 Education: Secondary school minimum; commerce studies preferred
- 💼 Experience: 2+ years in supply chain or procurement
- 🗣️ Language: Fluent in English; Hausa an advantage
- 💻 Skills: Excel, Word, internet proficiency
- 🧭 Local Knowledge: Kano market familiarity
- 🤝 Competencies: Teamwork, ethics, stress handling, flexibility, MSF principles

Remuneration per MSF WaCA Nigeria Salary Scale (Level 5)
