🎯 Job Purpose

Supervise and support nursing and nutrition assistant teams to ensure quality, continuity, and compliance with MSF medical protocols and universal healthcare standards.

📝 Key Responsibilities

🩺 Clinical Duties

✅ Perform nursing or medical tasks when necessary.
✅ Supervise hygiene practices and protocol adherence.
✅ Monitor vital signs, medication, hydration, and early detection of complications.
✅ Support training and bedside coaching with the Head of Nutrition.

📋 Administrative Tasks

✅ Generate duty rosters, manage leave and absenteeism.
✅ Ensure proper documentation (nursing notes, graphs, discharge forms, etc.).
✅ Participate in monthly reports (MMR, Q reports).
✅ Oversee pharmacy stock, drug orders, and medical supplies.

🔧 Equipment & Waste Management

✅ Ensure medical devices are used by trained staff.
✅ Coordinate cleaning, minor maintenance, and reporting of malfunctions.
✅ Monitor proper waste segregation and disposal.

🤝 Team Coordination

✅ Promote smooth communication across internal and external teams.
✅ Address and resolve staff/patient-related issues professionally.
✅ Uphold dignity and confidentiality for all patients and caregivers.

✅ Minimum Requirements

🎓 Education:

Nursing, Midwifery, or Anesthesia diploma (essential)

🧰 Experience:

Minimum 2 years relevant experience
MSF or NGO background preferred

🗣️ Language:

Proficiency in local language and English (essential)
