📝 Job Summary:
New Incentives is recruiting Field Officers to implement its cash transfer program aimed at encouraging mothers to complete infant immunizations. This entry-level position focuses on enrolling beneficiaries in public clinics and supporting immunization monitoring activities in underserved areas of Gombe State.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- ✅ Enroll eligible mothers and infants at remote public clinics
- ✅ Monitor immunization services at assigned clinics
- ✅ Engage with clinic staff and program beneficiaries
- ✅ Conduct high-quality rapid assessments
- ✅ Collect, organize, and synthesize health data
- ✅ Maintain accurate reports and program records
- ✅ Provide support to beneficiaries and clinic teams
- ✅ Collaborate with team members to meet project goals
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 🗣️ Fluency in Hausa and other local dialects spoken in Gombe
- ✍️ Strong communication and writing skills in English and Hausa
- 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic ICT tools
- 🔍 Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
- ❤️ Passion for reducing infant mortality and helping others
- 📞 Responsiveness to phone/email communication
- ⏱️ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
🎓 Educational Requirements:
- Minimum: National Diploma (ND)
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Health or Natural Sciences
