Position: Field Officers (Entry-Level)
Key Responsibilities
📌 Enroll eligible beneficiaries at public health clinics
📌 Monitor immunization services and attendance at assigned clinics
📌 Engage respectfully with clinic staff and caregivers
📌 Conduct accurate and timely rapid assessments
📌 Collect, analyze, and report health-related data
📌 Maintain thorough and accurate records and reports
📌 Support day-to-day program implementation
📌 Collaborate effectively with team members
Required Skills
✔️ Fluency in Hausa and other local dialects
✔️ Strong communication skills in English and Hausa
✔️ Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ICT tools
✔️ Attention to detail and high level of diligence
✔️ Passion for reducing infant mortality
✔️ Ability to respond quickly to emails and calls
✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Educational & Experience Requirements
🎓 Minimum of National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Health or Natural Sciences
🩺 Experience with the Nigerian health system is a plus
📊 Familiarity with data collection and analysis is advantageous
