📝 Job Summary
New Incentives is hiring Field Officers to support a life-saving cash transfer program designed to boost infant immunization in Yobe State. Your main duty will be to enroll eligible mothers and monitor immunization services at public health clinics.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- ✅ Enroll mothers and infants at designated clinics
- ✅ Monitor immunization activities at rural and urban health centers
- ✅ Liaise with healthcare workers and community members
- ✅ Conduct assessments and synthesize health data
- ✅ Maintain accurate documentation and reports
- ✅ Support team efforts to achieve program goals
✅ Requirements
- 📜 Minimum SSCE (Diploma in Health/Natural Sciences is an added advantage)
- 🗣️ Fluency in Hausa and good English communication skills
- 💻 Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel and data tools
- 🔍 Detail-oriented and organized
- ❤️ Passion for improving child health and reducing mortality
- 🌐 Able to respond promptly to emails and phone calls
- 📊 Experience in data collection or health programs is a plus
