🔍 About the Role:
New Incentives is hiring Field Officers to support its health program in Kaduna State. This program uses cash transfers to encourage mothers to complete infant immunizations. Your main duty will be enrolling beneficiaries at designated public clinics.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- 📌 Enroll eligible mothers at remote public health clinics
- 📌 Monitor immunization activities and support clinic operations
- 📌 Communicate with clinic staff and caregivers
- 📌 Conduct field assessments with high accuracy

🧠 Required Skills:
- 💬 Fluency in Hausa and local dialects spoken in Kaduna
- ✍️ Good written and verbal communication in English and Hausa

- ❤️ Passionate about helping others and reducing infant mortality

🎓 Educational Qualifications:
