New Incentives is looking for passionate Field Officers to join its cash transfer program focused on boosting childhood immunization rates. Your role will be to enroll beneficiaries and monitor public clinic activities across Kano State.

🧠 Skills & Competencies

• 🗣️ Fluency in Hausa and other local dialects
• ✍️ Strong communication & writing skills (Hausa & English)
• 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & other ICT tools
• 🔍 Detail-oriented and diligent
• ❤️ Passion for reducing infant mortality
• ☎️ Quick response to emails and phone requests
• ⚡ Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced settings

🎓 Education & Experience

• 📜 Minimum: National Diploma or Bachelor's in health or natural sciences
• 🏥 Experience with Nigeria’s health system is desirable
• 📈 Experience in data collection and analysis is a plus
